My husband and I got a White Face Cockatiel this past May. We named him Lucky because we feel that we are lucky to have such a wonderful pet. We can tell that he was raised with lots of love and care. Lucky is part of the family now. He is loving, intelligent and very funny. Cockatiels are the best pet any family could have. We would not consider any other place than Brenda & Billy's Aviary for another bird. They really care for their birds and give excellent instructions so your new pet can adapt to its new environment.

I was interested in purchasing a conure, and Billy was extremely helpful. He was patient and spent time answering my questions. I ended up purchasing a high yellow sun conure after Billy allowed me to handle different birds to find the best fit. The price was extremely reasonble. We were visiting from out of town, and the shop had everything we needed to keep the bird properly while on vacation and to make the long drive back home. The bird is very sweet and is adjusting well to our family. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to get a quality bird.

I live in Maine and can’t find breeders local to me for anything but tiels. I’ve had parrotlets before and knew I needed another tiny T. rex in my life. I stumbled across Brenda and Billy’s and the first thing that caught my attention was price. For a hand fed babe AND a plane ticket from fl to Maine was less than some breeders we’re asking for just the baby. The price included disease testing as well, something other breeders charging more weren’t offering. Fergie was flown to me at the end of March at 8 weeks old. At first he was a little timid, his wings were clipped and that made bonding easier as he relied on me more. Within a day he was exploring his cage and playing with toys, within a week (we took things slow and at his pace) he was eating killer from our hands, then climbing on my hand, then coming out of the cage and flying to my hand at the end of two weeks. We didn’t force him to come out, be picked up, anything. And I think we have a better bond for it. He absolutely loves his chop and I love that they wean them onto it there. We have a lovebird and a green cheek in the same room as Fergie and you can already tell that now at 5minthd old, Fergie is going to be the boss!

I love my baby bird. He arrived on time and in good health thanks to Brenda and Billy. They had been amazing to work with and I highly recommend them and their company!

First of all, my little guy is beautiful. He’s been well cared for and loved. It’s hard to buy a bird over the phone and through pictures, but when you live where parrotlets are not available you have little choice. Talking on the phone with Billy made it easy. I knew in my heart this was the right place. One thing I appreciated so much was answering all my questions. I would send an email and have my answers within an hour or less. They sent me pics and videos which we loved! My little wasn’t weaning as fast so I had to wait a wee bit longer, but doesn’t that prove how much they care for their birds. If you’re like me and have to search for a breeder and have a bird shipped, this is were to go! Plus the prices are so reasonable. Even if you have to wait, it’s worth it. Buy from someone who really cares and puts the birds first. Thank you Billy and Brenda, we just love our little guy!

My Conures love Zupreem Cockatiel fruit pellets. I know because the food doesn't sit very long in the bowls. It's a convenient size for Green Cheeks. Occasionally combining it with a gourmet seed mix is a big hit! They get a nutritious diet with these pellets together with some chop or a bit of fruit daily and a millet spray for fun. It's a joy because they are happy and healthy.

Peewee was well taken care of while I was on my vacation in Jamaica, thanks Billy.
